When will I receive my order?

We uses FedEx to ship all of our orders. We try to fullfill the orders as soon as possible.

Can I cancel or adjust my order?

Unfortunately, we are unable to adjust or cancel orders that have already been placed because we do our best to fulfill orders as quickly as possible. If you have any questions or concerns, please contact us at support@eveolena.comand we can help guide you through the return or exchange process.

Do you offer any special promo codes?

Yes! When you subscribe to our e-newsletter, you’ll receive a promo code for 15% off your first purchase as well as receive other promo code offerings throughout the year. We also offer free FedEx Ground shipping on all orders over $100.

Can I use multiple promo codes for my order?

No, promo code offers may not be combined with any other coupons, discounts, offers, or promotions. They are also not valid on prior purchases or gift cards.

What is your return and exchange policy?

There are no returns, but there are exchanges for incorrect order fulfillment. The incorrect order must be returned, unused, in 5 days for the exchange to take place.

We use USPS for shipping and free shipping for orders over $300.

In how many days my order will be delivered ?

Typical delivery time frame is between 14 to 21 business days however, you may receive your items much earlier
